had a wee gain of 2kgs to 82.2kg. - however I knew that was gonna happen as I had lots of birthday treats the last few dates. Now I’m back onto my usual plan !! onward and upward
82.2 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
