I got a new scale and I weighed in at 261 lbs. I've been doing pretty well with eating/exercise, so I'm thinking my weight wasn't accurate when I first weighed in. My old scale was varying by 10 lbs everyday :P
Ah well
118.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 46.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
