We were out on the boat all day yesterday eating picnic food. I guess I put on a couple pounds, maybe a pound and a half. 😣 Nonetheless, back watching my calories and carbs, choice of foods today and everyday.

I realized today when I could not get my rings on that I was holding a lot of water due to the Salt I ate on the picnic.
