Progress has been slow (but nonetheless I am happy with it).
Also the scale hops around especially during weekends as I increase my calories (I save them for the weekend) so I am always higher on the weekends and Monday.
56 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
