Well, I am holding at 293... I am not thrilled with this but am happy that I have not gone back up any. I spent the weekend out of town with friends and did not follow my eating or exercise routine. I am fine with that though it was a welcomed break from my routine. Anyway, tomorrow I will be back on track...
132.9 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 46.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know exactly how you feel. I've been at 298.5 for about a week now. And I'm really hoping that it starts moving down again this week!! Good luck!!

I had 2 weeks recently that I fell back into an old habit of snacking late. I was lucky to hold the same weight for the 2 weeks and in the 3rd week when I re-focused I lost 9 lbs. One of my best weeks since I started this diet. Sometimes a little "cheating" followed by renewed intensity shocks our body back into weight loss. You are on the right track! Good luck!!
