Well, I am holding at 293... I am not thrilled with this but am happy that I have not gone back up any. I spent the weekend out of town with friends and did not follow my eating or exercise routine. I am fine with that though it was a welcomed break from my routine. Anyway, tomorrow I will be back on track...
