figured, went down too much and was from stomach bug not real weight loss. didn't work out yesterday and had mellow mushroom for lunch. body scan at otf this morning 158.something and 19.3 body fat I think and like 71 muscle. I put wrong email in
71.5 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
