Today is the day I finish what I started two years ago. I have met one huge goal and not it is time to set another. I want to say goodbye to my remaining weight and keep the strength and mobility I have obtained by doing crossfit.
108.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Keep going. with even step forward, your body is getting healthier. And watch foods with HFCS. Eliminate any product with HFCS. Fructose has lots of calories and is very sweet but has no nutritional value.
