Feeling good. Did 45 minutes on the elliptical last night and some ab work on the matt, which seemed to be the right level of intensity. I've realized that some of my videos are longer than others. The one I did today clocked in at about fifty minutes. They unfortunately don't label these at all (since they come bundled), so I'm trying to make note of the exact time I start and finish so I can label them personally. When school starts, I'll really need to know how long of a workout I'm committing to. That extra fifteen minutes could basically be eating breakfast or getting dressed and washed before hitting the door. Just remembering to keep it at my level of ability now and not what it was a year ago (there's a huge difference in efficiency when you're doing this stuff hours a day)

Vital wheat gluten has to be a vegetarian girl's best friend (provided she's not gluten intolerant in which it might be more of a frenemy situation). I just sprinkle a bit of it in egg whites and spices, mix with gusto and throw it in the microwave. There's something really fascinatingly fantastic about the texture... to me anyways. And it's a quick and easy way to add a little extra protein.
