Well I'm scared to record losses now because I hate recording the following gains from just fluctuating...but the scale has read 158.4 for 2 days and it read 157.8 this morning? I think it might be safe because I think it is a real loss! :) I passed the pants test this morning so it has to be. I think doing weights again is what is making the difference. And this might not make sense but I started the pill again and it's a 3 month cycle so TOM only comes 4 times of the year now- which is awesome- but my period each month was throwing my weight off like 2 weeks out of the month so I think it is easier to see progress without having him visit so often.
Seeing results no matter how tiny really help me stay motivated to work out and eat right too so I think things are gonna pick up for me. I'm disappointed that I still can't seem to write in the food diary everyday. You woukld think having so much free time now would let me but I get since I'm not in front of a computer all day in an office anymore.
