Well, this is an incredibly busy week at work. Early Saturday morning we are leaving to make the drive to my sisters wedding, the dress is altered, I've gone to the gym three days this week, worked long hours and just about now, I'm exhausted. On the bright side, I haven't cheated my diet... and the bummer... I'm still stuck!

It will be better next week I'm sure.
105.7 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 35.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I just discovered that sugar has been a bad culprit in my dismal weight loss efforts recently. I knew a lot of what we think of as healthy food were high in sugar (like carrots) but just wasn't paying attention. I am sure that the scales will move down for you, you have to know that when you are doing everything right it will eventually show up on the scales. Have a great time at the wedding, focus of the fun, activities, family, conversations and have a wonderfu time.
