that is sooo not cool!! I'm guessing salty foods and causing water weight gain. Going to decrease salty food and increase the water to flush it out and get back on track. Want to have 100 lost by Halloween. I think I can do it, That is my next benchmark.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 40.4 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
