New Committment to the diet -- been gone for about a month but hoping to get back on track. Would like to reach goal by Thanksgiving!
58.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Four pounds is totally do-able by Thanksgiving! Follow the plan down to the letter and make sure you get exercise in...even if it is just fifteen to twenty minutes of walking a day! Good luck and stay motivated!
