😱🙁I was not expecting a weight gain today but here it is. Why? My food intake yesterday was OMAD CURRIED BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN casserole with white wine &soda water. It was a delicious dinner, afterwards cheese &pickles followed by a 1/4 cup of Krisda semi sweet, sugar free chocolate chips. End result an increase of almost 5lbs!! I read today in Gin’s book Delay, Don’t Deny the misconception about sweetness. Anything, even artificial sweeteners, cause a spike of insulin. My challenge this coming week is to forgo any Krisda chocolate chips and any sweetener products (such as in flavored tea leaves)- fast clean and continue OMAD. I on hold about the decaffeinated expresso.
