I hope that I'm just retaining water since I'm starting my period here in a bit. Otherwise it's real depressing to see that scale go up when I've been eating well.
61.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
