woo hoo! Happy with that loss. I am so happy with the control I felt when I was away at Canberra. went to dinner at Rashays and was the only one out of work colleagues that disnt have bread or chips. I really enjoyed by food which was chicken and avocado as well as stuffed mushrooms. That meal was enough to get me through till 4pm the next day. sat with them all for breakfast and had a coffee then a coffee for lunch and on the druve home, had some almonds and then lamb and brocollini and mushrooms with lots of butter for dinner. I ended up having a protein bar and almonds for dessert and came in just under 1000 cals. just happy that going without had a good result and I saw 83kg for the first time in a very long time. so glad I got passed that 84 mark that has haunted me. can't wait to see 82 on the scale next and when I get into the 70's it's going to feel great!
83 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
