I fear I may disapear soon :O....Had a wedding this weekend with some old friends and got a ton of compliments...motivation be thy name!!

128.4 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.8 kg a Week
