lunch today was great. I found a microwavable lemon-herb tilapia fillet along with a microwave single serving rice. all fit within my Carb and protein count.
134.3 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
