I couldn't resist a quick weigh in as I am feeling much better now that I'm having marmite hot water in the morning and evening to cope with the loss of electrolytes in this heat and drinking so much water. Just to be clear I have about 1/4 teaspoon in a cup of hot water otherwise I find it too salty. I'm sure oxo works as well I just have and prefer marmite
