starting to eat again and gaining weight, hope it is only a couple of pounds. i was so excited to see 188 that is the lowest i have been since i was 23 but it was only because i was sick i can't do that and remain healthy starting in slow with the food soooo scared of how much weight i will gain getting back on trac.
86.0 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just think of where you were when you got sick and any weight you are still down in, say, a week, will be actual loss! It's still got to be exciting to see that 188 and know it's right there in your range....

you are right sandy it is exciting ! and i am running out of clothes in the closet! but being that sick is no way to loose weight! wouldn't wish last week on any one lol!
