I started baking bread so if I eat a slice I eat it in the morning and after that its shake mid morning and veggies and meat for the evening water I pushed up to 4 to 5 liters a day because it's super hot now and we are busy harvesting our grapes so my steps are more

Your steps can be even higher if you make wine with those grapes the old portuguese way we made wine by stomp the grapes inside a wooden barrel
