Okay, so I have been doing pretty good with my diet/lifestyle change over the last couple of days, but have not been doing my exercising. I haven't lost any pounds but I have lost a couple of inches. I just going to keep chugging along...I think I can, I think I can...till one day I will look back and say I knew I could, I knew I could! In the past, when trying to lose weight I would get a self defeating attitude and give up. I have vowed to myself and God that I will NOT give up this time. Life is too precious and I am worth it!!!
