I havent been going to the gym. I feel awful... I need to get in there bad too. Im so afraid to gain any weight back it consumes me. But im still eating very well, low fat and low calorie... minus a couple splurges, I hopefully can get on track.
61.2 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
