Makan sis,, biasanya saya paling malam jam 7 makannya,, tp klo kondisinya saya hrs makan lbh malam gpp jg yg penting dikasih jeda 3 jam baru tidur,, klo nasi saya cuma makan 3-5 sendok makan aja klo lg pengen.

@zevaa terus terang sis says ga tau ilmu pastinya😂,, tp berdasarkan pengalaman kemarin saya sempat surplus 2 hari dalam seminggu, ga direncanakan sih kebetulan ada dinner kantor, intinya sih tetap konsisten dan persistent sesuai pola makan kita dan harus sabar juga.
