My first weigh in was at night, so that's why it shows a 7 lbs loss.
112.9 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 44.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

7 lbs. is 7 lbs. That's awesome! If you weigh in at the same time each time you weigh, and it stays consistent, then I wouldn't worry about the time of day.

I agree with mars2kids, weigh yourself at the same time every day to be consistent. That way you can know when you are making actual progress. :)
