Today's weekly weigh-in was good, I lost 1 lb. Considering the fact that I have cooked for company the past three nights in a row. Company is NOT on my green and lean meal plan and always includes desert. Then to top it off I made cinnamon rolls last night for a friend. Keep in mind my motto of "a good chef ALWAYS tastes EVERYTHING". All I can say is thank heavens for Optavia fueling and my exercise regimen. The remainder of this week will be back on track for my normal... Mean Lean and Green.

58.5 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
