I was on vacation for my previous weigh-in...on vacation was the key. I tried really hard to stay on my fuel plan with Optavia. I did really well the first few days, then my will power was gone each evening. I would stay on the fueling packets all day, then after my lean and green meal, I could not resist the sugar temptations. All in all after weighing today I was surprised to see I had still lost (1)one pound. I will admit I worked out some on the elliptical while gone to try to offset the sugar intake. So onward I go. I have reset my body and will be back in ketosis soon as I have NOT had sugar since returning home on Tuesday and have stayed on my Optavia meals. Still would like to loose about 10 lbs. Stay well my friends. <3
