Weight hasn’t budged in 3 weeks....
And I’m feeling pretty sorry for myself today...
Worst shark-week day ever! I have such a “hormonal” headache, it’s actually making me nauseous! But not nauseous enough to kill the cravings! 🤦🏼‍♀️😏
I exercise for 60-75min 4/5 times a week (although not so far this week because of bad shark-week🤕)
I stick to about 1400 calories per day.
I have now resorted to setting a timer on my phone to drink a glass of water every 90mins, otherwise I don’t even get to 1.5 Lt per day...
I don’t use sugar.
I drink mostly teas with nothing added - one or two coffees with only a bit of milk.
I don’t eat junk food more than once every 3 months or so.
I cook all our meals myself, and limit processed ingredients as far possible.
I actually LIKE veggies - especially raw....
I eat raw / fresh / natural food as far as possible...
I believe in balance in all things!
Why the heck must this be so hard?!?! I am so tired of the endless battle....even just to keep my weight down also! 🤯🤔

I wouldn't worry about weight during your cycle. My weight goes up by as much as 5kgs during my cycle and then back down again

Thanx for the encouragement...oh my, 5kgs?! Sho, at least mine hasn’t done that. Always something to be thankful for. 😉

hey hun,muscle weights more than fat and besides for this past week it seems like you exercise a lot which can make it seem as though nothing is happening. maybe cut your calories to a maximum of 1200 a day , that should make a difference. all the best

yeah i also go up at least by 2kgs the week before my period.. stupid hormones.. but it always goes back down a few days after shark week🙌 totally normal as long as you keep on eating healthy and continue to do some excercise
