Slowly but surely loosing the weight. Had a day off and had some bread, bad idea as I now have a massive migraine, but at least I know what to stay away from 🙈 ...
88 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
