Well got thru December with a slight increase in weight but now back on track! I allowed myself to enjoy some the "season's good food" but nice to be back on track! also trying some changes in my eating habits to see what results I get. going from 40% carb 30% fat 30% protein to 50% carbs 25% fat and 25% protein. Was told this is an accepted level. So my challenge was to try to drop my fat% plus making sure I eat "good" carbs.
