I'm feeling lazy and am fighting cravings.. but Day 17 of my diet, I've had between 450 and 850 calories / day. 17 days without a french fry... Patting myself on the back!
106.6 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you are feeling lazy, you might want to look at your diet. Carbs are what give us our engery. If you are cutting out to much to fast your body will slow down and store more for engery later. There are good carbs out there. Simple carbs can be used in the morning for the boost to get going, complex carbs at lucnh that will get you through the day. Also I would suggest grazing, thats eating 6 or 7 times a day small meals. The body has to burn cal. to digest food, if you are eating small amounts and eating every 2 to 3 hours, the body will speed up to digest before its next meal, rather than store carbs to get you to your next meal.
