Intersting week with weight. I have seen a 6 pound variance. On Tuesday I made myself a treat if air popcorn, with balsamic vinegar and nutrition yeast.....and some keto chocolate chips (no sugar) ... topped with some walnuts. The next day the scales showed I had gained 5 pounds. I was some what discouraged but keto’d on. Today I was rewarded with a very nice loss. Hopefully next week I will enter the 150’s! Soon off to my kundalini yoga class! Hope today is a good day for everyone.
