jadi gini, 4hari turun 1.5kg, ngurangin nasi jadi secentong, yg punya kebiasaan minum kopi, ganti kopi Nescafe yg 100% kopi robusta 1sachet + 2sdg gula. gitu doang, ngemil mahh jalan terus wkwkwkw
