Off to a rocky start. Saturday I had a million chores which did not include planning to eat properly. Had two glasses of champagne and a peanut butter sandwich before I went out for dinner. Sunday not much better, had a glass of white wine and a G&T, followed by 6 lindt balls. I must really watch my weekend behaviour as this is when the wheels really fall off. My weight loss must be the week before's better eating choices.
