I think that I have lost focus again. I have added desserts this week and I could not work out enough to cover it. Maybe it was just the New Year trend, but it’s disappointing.
51.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
