Sigh, nothing I hate more than that extra half inch that comes at this point in my cycle. It's so demotivating. On the other hand - ass-kicking workout usually makes me feel a lot better. I'm cycling my CR videos so I do two. One from the day before and one new one, then I repeat. Got into a lower body passo doble focused one. Almost impossible to do fast lunges on the area rug. I thought for sure the run would slip out from under me, but it burned soooo good!
64.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
