Oh my gosh! I am so excited to have practically made it to my second goal since starting on this site! I have been setting 5 lb mini goals for weight loss since I started trying to lose weight in July. I think I have finally gotten my mind right and ALL of me geared up for my lifestyle change. I was talking to some friends yesterday, in the course of the conversation I told them a realization that I have come to. I realized that all my life I have made one excuse after another about why I don't exercise, why I eat so much, why I weigh so much. I have found that I don't have those excuses anymore. There is no reason I can't wake up at 6:15, have a protein shake, exercise, eat healthy, work, come home exercise, etc. The fruit of my endeavor is that the weight which I have carried for almost all of my 29 years is coming off!!
133.9 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 47.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
