Hurt my back at the gym, have been swimming and doing PT, it is better BUT it still bothers. Tried the gym yesterday, spent the afternoon with a hot pad!
85.7 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
