Up a few pounds but that's no surprise. I had beer on Labor Day and didn't watch my portions. Plus I stopped the cookie diet which was super calorie restrictive.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
