I swithed my "how closely followed" to not applicable, because the truth is I haven't been keeping track of points! BUT I really do want to get started again.......one of these times I am going to get it hahhaha! I am happy about this little loss however I am fearing it because my clothes are not feeling to good on me right about now. But hey I will gladly take a loss.
Well I'm still working out 6 days a week. Need to get my self back in gear for some 5Ks coming up. I have missed running in them, but it has been hard finding someone to watch our little sweeties when we go run. We live at least an hour from where most of these races are, so we have to be out of the house VERY EARLY in the mornings! Anyway, I am hoping to start back at that for a goal. It is amazing how if you just slack off a little bit on your running, how hard it is to pick up where you left off. I am running about 2.5 to 3.5 miles when I run now. I was running / jogging about 3.5 to 5 miles every other day. Now my mind is like YIKES RUN 3 MILES WITH OUT STOPPING YEAH RIGHT......and that is a very scarey thought because just 3 months ago, my mind was saying, yep I'm running this and not stopping, heck it is only 3 miles!!! I am going to get that back :0) Well thanks for reading. Sorry this got pretty long, I guess I am making notes to myself too. I wish you all the best :0)
