Well, I got through the 3 day weekend and didn't gain bak all the weight I lost last week. (That is usually what happens.) I tried to be smart about what I was eating and I think I did pretty well. I did not record my food this weekend because I just didn't have an extra minute to spare. Looking forward to losing more this week! Welcome Fall!!!
70.6 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
