I'm down another pound! I am absolutely loving working Weight Watchers the "proper" way. The things that are helping me especially:
1) journaling. 2) Following the Good Health Guidelines 3) Exercising! 4) My dear boyfriend's support.
I have a specific event to look forward to now, to help motivate me even further for another 5 weeks or so. On October 13, my boyfriend and I are going to NYC!!! My brother lives there, Stacey (boyfriend) has never been, and I love it (and hope to move there some day).
Plus my 26th birthday is just around the corner, and I would LOVE to be out of the 170's by then, even if just barely (169.9 would be A-OK with me). At Saturday's weigh-in, I was 173.8. My birthday is exactly ONE MONTH from today (October 7). Can I lose 3.9 pounds in that time? I think so. :-)
