started new year down a little. I think I need to change my daily calories to 1200 from 1500 see if that helps. Also planning to get a stationary bike to increase my exercise. My hip is so bad I can barely walk but I think I can manage the bike. About 6 more weeks till surgery then I can work on improving mobility and strength. Happy 2020 to all....
140.3 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi friend...one hip friend to another...the bike feels GREAT on my hip, better than walking. Still trying to avoid surgery, but will discuss with my doctor this Friday. Your drop is great, especially after the holidays. Happy New Year! :)

I do great at 1500, but we each have to find what's best for us. How the bike works out for you. Good luck with the surgery!
