away for the weekend, ate everything that was there. no diet food whatsoever. I did monitor the quantity and that helped cause I lost 1.5 lbs. so proud of myself. i can't wait to hit the 150's, even if it's 159.5 lol.

foods i ate:
tri tip,
chicken grilled
sautee'd zucchini
subway veggi delight 6 inch with everything
no sodas, no juices, only water
Denny's chorizo omlette (didn't eat the hashbrowns or toast)
did eat 1/2 slice of one rye toast tho.
good weekend
