must be hitting a plateau. only thing i changed was lifting heavier weights. keep pushing forward!
106.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well those heavier weights will create muscle faster. Which in turn weighs more so you may plateau for a little while as your body even s out. Keep at it! You wills ee that sclae dropping in no time!
