Noch 5h - dann habe ich meine 72h Fasten hinter mir. Ich fühl mich dabei erstaunlich gut, selbst beim Krafttraining. Wahrscheinlich hat der Körper genügend Fettreserven auf die er zurückgreifen kann :-)
