Finally a move! I switched things up this past seven days. Played tennis for four day, still walked five days, lowered my calories a bit for the week, just to rev my body back into a calorie burning machine LOL. It worked, lost 2 pounds. I may keep my calories lower from now on, instead of 1550-1650 I'm going to stay around 1350-1450. 24 pounds gone! Yeah!
83.0 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
