I was very disappointed with my weigh in so last night I prepared my own version of a power bowl in the crockpot. I put in quinoa, apple, cranberries, dried cherries, walnuts and spinach. Coming home from work I was looking forward to all of the nutrients from my quinoa power bowl and a steak....Oops! I set the crockpot on high instead of lower only I can burn something in the crockpot!! 🤣🤣🤣
