今天晚上尾牙去海港巨蛋店聚餐 吃了三盤以原型食物為主的食物 以為無法抗拒的甜食等精緻澱粉 現在對我來說沒吃到也沒有關係 才懂得教練說的吃對東西很重要 習慣是慢慢養成的 我希望改變的是心態與習慣 💪💪💪
