Wow, I just realized that I have been emotionally eating because of stress. Work has been outrageous, and eating my weekends...which means I am eating SO much fast food and opportunistically gorging.

Fortunately, only 10 more days of this intensity, and then I can return to my routine. I can't believe that I am actually craving the gym - I think that is an absolute first for me.

Hope anyone else who may read this has had more strength than me, lately!
