I am down 1 pound this week!!!! I am in the group of numbers of my goal!! I am excited!! I need to keep my head in the game, not a "game", just an expression! This is my way of life now. I will succeed! I have come to far--plus I have new clothes!! I have gave away my larger clothes. Ready for this next week! Fasting Saturday! I have already been to the store to purchase my food! (It is only Wednesday!) Keep up the good work Fat Secret Buddies!
